Dr. Girija

Dr. Girija is a senior and highly experienced Obstetrician and Gynaecologist in Bangalore with over 28 years of expertise in women’s health and obstetric care. She has successfully conducted more than 10,000 deliveries, including normal, operative, and high-risk pregnancies, making her one of the most trusted names in obstetrics.

She completed her MBBS from JNMC, Belgaum, and MD in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from BMC, Bangalore. With a strong foundation in academics and decades of clinical experience, Dr. Girija is known for her safe, ethical, and patient-centric approach to care.

Dr. Girija specializes in advanced gynaecological surgeries, including hysterectomy (open and laparoscopic), and complex surgical procedures for gynecological disorders. She received ultrasound training at Nagori Institute, Ahmedabad (2013) and completed 16 months of online fetal medicine training from BFMC, enhancing her expertise in antenatal diagnosis and fetal assessment. She also holds a Laparoscopic Fellowship from Delhi Laparoscopy Hospital (2014).

In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Girija is actively involved in postgraduate and resident training programs at Sri Sathya Sai Super Speciality Hospital, Whitefield.
